Hey, I’m Derrick, I’m a freshman at UNO studying Business. During the school year I work in the dining hall and fly drones.

I grew up in the church, accepted Christ and was baptized my freshman year of high school. I’ve had some incredible mountaintop, milestone experiences at camp that have profoundly helped me in my faith. Right now, I’m just trying to be faithful in the day-to-day and grow closer to God in the mundane.

I enjoy fishing, hiking, and being outdoors. Outside, in nature is where I feel closest to God. Nothing beats a walk through the woods singing worship songs!
